Drive Test field test is one of the classic techniques to evaluate the quality of 2G, 3G, 4G and current 5G radio communication systems in term of customer perception at mobile network operators (MNOs) in the world in general and Vietnam in particular. Testing process for assessing qualities of services (QoS) and continuously optimizing mobile networks to improve its capability is very important to ensure National Technical Standards of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority on the quality of the terrestrial mobile communication network. The development of data science, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), big data and cloud computing has been helping step-by-step digital transformation spread to all areas of life and mobile communications is also not out of that trend. This paper conducts research and empirical evaluation of one of the new solutions in the testing field based on the digital transformation platform to assess qualities of terrestrial mobile communication radio networks (RANs) with supports of the Mentor software system.vi_VN
